INEC Publishes Names of 14 Presidential Candidates

I would like to know soo humbly if Jonathan and Buhari are our only candidates or must it be PDP or APC, there are other Nigerian on the list bringing a dedicated view to serve.

I hope in some way INEC anulls both candidates of the APC and PDP. Its like my friend was telling me, people know Buhari said it that he would Islamize Nigeria, which is something to be afraid of, yet people are accepting it with open arms seeing the failures and short comings of our beloved GEJ. Lets put sentiment away, Jonathan may not have been the cause of many of our woes but he is the ALPHA citizen, c'mon, lets look at it this way, can the masses fight Boko Haram and corruption? No, but in their own way in their communities and homes they can try, OK, so who can, AN OFFICE, hmmm, it would have to be a very reputatable office right and that has soo much power right! The PRESIDENCY.

If the man on the throne cannot use the office of the Presidency to bring salvation, jobs, health care, basic amenities, free education, a secure country, MY FRIENDS WHO CAN?

Choose wisely my friends, Buhari may not be a saint or the next best, i only appeal to your heart for change.



INEC Publishes Names of 14 Presidential Candidates

Staying healthy and a 1st aid with stuff around you.

I always used to think of 1st aid treatments and all that people use especially when you look back at a time where there were no hospitals and fancy medicines. I mean we all know better now and nothing beats hospital-doctor-pharmacy routine. Our fore fathers (forgive me taking up this term) lived way beyond our so called time to die age which has dropped to 45 over the years by the way. So in essence wat really am i saying! If you grew up in Nigeria, probably born and raised, a car accident didnt kill you or no jazzman is after you or you manage to cross the road soo accurately every time you try then you're gonna live a very long 45 years. Why? Stress, high blood pressure, diabetes, bl bla. 

You might wanna see your doctor and do some check ups to stay healthy. That or you can go herbal

So if you're going herbal you might wanna try a few of these stuff i found

Traditional remedies and herbs. 

For the heart:

Onion and honey mix. 

To lower high blood pressure:

Eat more avocado pear in your meals. 

For skin disease like infections from toilet ring worm and eczema.

Cut soap into lime juice and allow to melt, add a spoon of grinded potash and rub this on the affected area. 

For all kinds of cough:

Mix a table spoon of honey, a tablespoon of freshly squeezed lime and a spoon or hot drink (can be removed if its for minors or people with difficulty breathing). Put these mixtures in a glass of hot water and drink. 

To reduce weak erection:

Use white onions, peel off outer bulb, crush and mix with honey on an empty stomach. Q

To reduce quick ejaculation:

Cut 3-4pods of fresh okro slice or grater them, get dry okro seeds about half a cup. Put all in an empty bottle and size able amount of hot drink and allow your mix to ferment for 2days. Take 2 shorts daily. 

For gonorrhea, staph and syphillis use the following: 

6 cloves of Garlic with 6 fresh finger, half table spoon of grinded potash, 10 lime, 1 unripe pawpaw boil with 3 litres of water. 

Take 1 glass cup morning and night for 2weeks. 

HOWEVER DRINKING MORINGA LEAVES LIKE A TEA EVERYDAY IS THE HIGHEST FORM OF HERBAL ENRICHMENT. I CANNOT STRESS THE IMPORTANCE OR MORINGA IN THIS POST BUT WILL DO SO SUBSEQUENTLY. 

SO CLEAN AND GREEN er'body.
